How to Make Stuffed Grape Leaves

  • If using brined grape leaves, soak them in hot water for 10 minutes to remove excess salt, then drain.

  • Rinse the rice, drain well, and place it in a large bowl.

  • Finely chop the onion and mix it with the rice.

  • If using ground beef, add it to the filling mixture.
